Good Times Global Labs
Terms of Service
DJ Clem and RadioBooth, operated by Good Times Global Labs, LLC. Last updated 6 October 2026.
DJ Clem is a Discord bot for community radio stations: it announces shows, plays a server's station in voice channels, and takes song requests. RadioBooth hosts the stations: the browser booth DJs broadcast from, the dashboard owners run their station from, and tips for DJs. Adding DJ Clem, using its commands, running a station, tipping, or using the booth means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use them.
Who can use it
You must meet Discord's own minimum age, which is 13 or higher depending on where you live, and you must be following the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. These terms sit on top of Discord's, not instead of them.
DJs: what you take on
Going live puts your mix and your voice in front of everyone listening. When you broadcast, you are responsible for:
- The music you play. Only broadcast music you have the right to broadcast. Playing a file you own is not the same as having the right to put it on the radio. If the station you DJ for has licences in place, follow its rules about what they cover.
- What you say on the mic. The same rules apply on air as in the server: no harassment, hate, or content that breaks Discord's guidelines.
- Your sign-in. Don't let anyone else broadcast as you. Sign out on shared computers.
Station owners: what you take on
- Who holds the DJ role. Anyone with it can go live on your station. Give it to people you trust, and take it away when you need to: it takes effect from their next show.
- Your library. Only upload music your station has the right to broadcast, and give each track its true licence. We act on takedown requests and may remove tracks or suspend a station that broadcasts music it has no right to.
- Your co-owners. They can change everything about the station except who runs it. Add people you trust.
- The permissions you grant. DJ Clem asks only for what it uses: viewing channels, sending messages, embeds and the station art, and connecting and speaking in voice.
Tips
- A tip is a gift to the DJ who is live, not a purchase: you get nothing in return, and a DJ owes you nothing for it (not even reading your message out).
- Card tips are paid through Stripe. The DJ receives the tip less a 5% platform fee kept by Good Times Global Labs, which also covers Stripe's processing fee. DJs who take card tips agree to Stripe's terms for connected accounts as well.
- Refunds. Tips are not refundable, except where the law requires it or a payment was made without the cardholder's permission. If you think a tip was taken in error, email us below.
- PayPal.me links go straight to the DJ's own PayPal. Those payments happen outside RadioBooth, so we cannot see or refund them.
- DJs are responsible for any tax on the tips they receive. We may hold back or reverse tips involved in fraud, chargebacks, or a breach of these terms.
- Names and messages sent with tips must follow the same rules as everything else here: no harassment, hate, spam, or impersonation.
Requests
Requests are posted publicly in the channel. Keep them to song titles. Requests are a suggestion, not a booking: the DJ decides what plays, and may skip any request. Using requests to spam, harass, or post anything that is not a song is a breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use DJ Clem or RadioBooth to:
- Break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Broadcast material you have no right to, or that infringes anyone's copyright.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone, on air or in requests.
- Distribute malware, run scams, or send spam.
- Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the bot, the booth, or the stream server.
- Resell or rebrand DJ Clem or RadioBooth as your own product.
We may cut a broadcast, remove DJ Clem from a server, or block a DJ who does these things, without notice where the breach is serious. We act on credible reports of copyright infringement.
Availability
DJ Clem and RadioBooth are provided as is. We do not promise they will be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs, and we may change how features work, add or remove them, or discontinue the service.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Good Times Global Labs, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of DJ Clem or RadioBooth, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Your data
Covered in the Privacy Policy. In short: DJ Clem does not read your messages, requests are kept only for the length of a show, the files DJs play from their decks never leave their computer, and card details are entered on Stripe's page, never ours.
Ending your use
Remove DJ Clem from your server, delete your station, or sign out, at any time. We may suspend or end access, or suspend a station, for anyone breaking these terms or Discord's.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the support server and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use DJ Clem or RadioBooth after that means you accept the new terms.
